Terms & Conditions – For all upcoming events

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
- Purchase of a ticket to 90s Bingo automatically grants admission to both events:  
  1. 90s Bingo (the primary event).  
  2. Afterparty (the secondary event).  
- Strictly 18+ only. Entry will be refused without a valid government-issued photo ID.  
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by the organizer.  

2. Event Access & Entry
- Doors will open at the times specified on your ticket/confirmation email.  
- Entry to the Afterparty is included in the purchase of a 90s Bingo ticket, subject to venue capacity and security checks.  
- The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at their discretion for reasons including (but not limited to): intoxication, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or failure to comply with event rules.  

3. Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds will be issued unless cancellation by the organizer.  

4. Safety & Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect staff, performers, and fellow attendees.  
- No outside food, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.  
- Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed from the venue and may be reported to the authorities.  
- The organizer and venue accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.  

5. Health & Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety, including risks associated with alcohol consumption.  
- The organizer and venue accept no liability for injury, illness, or property damage, except where caused by proven negligence.  
- If you feel unwell or unsafe at any point, please alert staff immediately.  

6. Photography & Media
- Photography, video, and/or audio recording may take place during both events.  
- By attending, you consent to being filmed and/or photographed, and for such material to be used by the organizer for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation.  

7. Event Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary.  
- Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the email address provided at purchase.  

8. Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase and use of a ticket signifies your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.  
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.
